Kind Water Co. provides whole-home water softening, filtration, and reverse-osmosis drinking water systems, professionally installed for homeowners across Iowa, Illinois, and Tennessee. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Any pricing shown on this website, including instant quote figures, is provided for general informational purposes and is not a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-home water test and is subject to a written agreement signed by both parties. Water test results and system recommendations are based on the conditions present at the time of testing.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking a consent checkbox on our website forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Kind Water Co. as described below.

Cancellation: Text “STOP” at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages from Kind Water Co. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, sign up again through any form on our website.
Assistance: Reply “HELP” to any message for support. You may also contact us directly at ryan@kindwaterco.com or 319-319-6566.
Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply to all messages sent to and from Kind Water Co. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.
Not a Condition of Service: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving a free water test or purchasing any product or service from Kind Water Co.

4. Warranty

Kind Water Co. systems include a lifetime warranty on system parts, five years on filtration media, and one year on installation labor. Warranty coverage applies to systems installed by Kind Water Co. or an authorized installation partner and is subject to normal maintenance requirements, including timely filter and media replacement.

5. Installation

Installations are performed by licensed plumbers. Access to the installation location, existing plumbing conditions, and local code requirements may affect scope and cost. Any additional work identified during installation will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kind Water Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or reliance on information provided on it.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the Last updated date above reflects the most recent revision.
